7. Data Retention

  1. Submit a claim request to TrailerSpindles by email at sales@trailerspindles.com or by phone at 877-540-5114 within the 30-day coverage period. Include your name, contact info, order number, spindle model, and a description of the alleged defect.
  2. Provide all required documentation outlined in Section 1.7 (TrailerSpindles invoice, qualified service shop installation receipt with full required fields, and photographic evidence) within 14 calendar days of submitting the claim.
  3. Wait for TrailerSpindles to review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will respond within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation.
  4. Provide a prepaid shipping label and ship the defective spindle to TrailerSpindles. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection (within 15 business days), TrailerSpindles will approve and ship a replacement, or deny the claim with written explanation.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and the Website
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
  • Use of reputable, security-vetted third-party service providers
  • Regular security reviews and updates of our systems
