Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to TrailerSpindles. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at trailerspindles.com (the “Website”), and the purchase of products from TrailerSpindles (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by placing an order with us, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Returns Policy, and our Warranty Policy (which includes the 30-Day Standard Warranty and the optional 1-Year Extended Warranty). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or purchase products from us.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Website or purchase products. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and references to “you” shall include both you individually and the business.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, pricing, availability, or other content on the Website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
Spindle compatibility information, dimensions, weight ratings, and bearing/seal specifications are provided as general guidance only. You are solely responsible for verifying that any product you purchase is compatible with your specific axle, trailer, and intended application before installation
3.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement will be the prices charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders where pricing was clearly inaccurate due to typographical or system errors, even after an order has been confirmed.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion.
3.3 Professional Installation Required
Our spindle products are intended for installation by qualified service shops, licensed welders, or commercial fleet maintenance facilities. We strongly recommend against self-installation. Improper installation, particularly improper welding on weld-on spindles, can result in spindle failure, property damage, injury, or death. Coverage under our Limited Warranty requires installation by a qualified service shop. See our Warranty page for full details.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory shortages, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method, that the information is accurate, and that you authorize TrailerSpindles to charge the amount of your order to that payment method.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
4.3 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise, and other taxes associated with your purchase. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. For shipments to Canada or other international destinations, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, GST/HST/PST, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timelines, costs, and carrier information are governed by our separate Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy carefully.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy. Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy, which includes the 30-Day Standard Limited Warranty (included with every spindle) and the optional 1-Year Extended Warranty (available as a paid add-on for 10% of the spindle’s purchase price). Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to those policies.
Spindles that have been installed, modified, welded, machined, or used are not eligible for return under any circumstances. The Limited Warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in installed product.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, photography, CAD files, technical drawings, videos, software, and the compilation thereof — is owned by TrailerSpindles or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to download and print CAD files solely for use in connection with installation of products you have purchased from us.
7.3 Trademarks
“TrailerSpindles” and our logos are trademarks of TrailerSpindles. Other product and company names mentioned on the Website, including Dexter®, are the property of their respective owners. TrailerSpindles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dexter Axle Company. References to Dexter® axles are descriptive only and indicate spindle compatibility.
8. User Conduct
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website
- Use the Website to transmit, distribute, post, or submit any false, defamatory, or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Website, its servers, or networks
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Website or scrape product data, pricing, or images without our prior written consent
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other malicious code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Website
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Website for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TrailerSpindles. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TrailerSpindles shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party website or service.
10. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAILERSPINDLES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR TRADE USAGE
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Website.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAILERSPINDLES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE, DOWNTIME, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, TOWING OR RECOVERY EXPENSES, CARGO LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrailerSpindles, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the Website or any product
- Your installation of any spindle, including by self-installation contrary to our recommendations
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of the Website caused damage to a third party
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product purchased from us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Exclusive Venue
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
13.3 Time Limit on Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting the updated Terms on the Website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the Website. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern that specific transaction.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrailerSpindles regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, or if no such modification is possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TrailerSpindles.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction or notice.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruption, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, or carrier delays.
